A really easy way to begin using essential oils is to put a few drops (usually 3-8) in your bath.
Want to boost your immune system with a morning bath? Try eucalyptus, peppermint or rosemary. But if you’re using peppermint, perhaps just start with 1 or 2 drops if you have sensitive skin, as it’s a very strong oil. Drop the oils right into the hot water, then use your hands to mix. Easy peasy!
A lot of immunity boosting essential oils are stimulating oils that might not be so great for night time baths. Before going to sleep, I really love sitting in an ylang ylang bath because it makes me feel kind of like a princess, but during these times, I would recommend a blend of lavender and juniper berry.
